a) forwhoever takes the wheel, be ready to take a lot of shit and
backstabbing, but ignore it and press on. Its worth the
	effort.
b) Feesable? Sure why not? Hope ya enjoy typing though. Further find
people who will stick with it and get the stuff they promised
	done.

re: Sea Wall: I think several people have attempted to do this but
it got shotdown/ignored/forgotten quickly. Also, to what
point would it serve? To get more land for Lojem to adventure
on? It'd be years/decades before the thing was done, then
years beyond that to pump out the water, then more time
beyond that to get the place habitable unless it started
spawning monsters like some video game for unknown reasons.

That could be interesting, but you are talking about a SERIOUS
investment of game time and plotline. Further you'll nullify
Rougtero in the end as Rougtero is quite far inland from the
	old shores of lake Alfrego.

Don't get me wrong, it could be cool, but its gonna take some
serious dedication to track all the stuff that gets done by
people and actors. Be wary of what you set out to create it
could be a shitload of trouble.

Only group of actors I have left around there is the Forge(the
mage's guild a week or two to the south), but they are about
to pack up and leave. The area is just too damn dangerous,
and they have about all the money they need and have found
	better locations for an enclave.

So to answer your question, no, I don't have any that would help
out. My other actors are dead.

This is a bitch and a half to encourage folks to do. Been trying
too for awhile now. Its great if you can get it done, but a
complete whore to get done. Hince why I try and go on every
Geleia game so I know what goes down somewhat.

Also Geleia is still small enough that its easy to keep track of.
Myself and Jevan still come up with the main plot points, though
I hope others are going to contribute more. I know Rick has
some stuff in the cookfire that has a great deal of promise, and
I think Sean was tossing something around.

The easiest part of it seems to be to have well established
actors/settings/locals. Keep people abridged of the overt
actions of these people so they can react appropriately with
actors for their actors based on the knoweldge their actors
	would have.

Campaign coordinator for Rougtero was informed. Details got
mixed up apparently. How a 100' tall demon rampaging through
the city came into play I have no idea. I was there...it was
just a comet or two and fairly adjudicated with some ugly
	consequences for the perpetrator.

Been used recently in Geleia...well the Goshen have. As for the
Onivero, I used them a few months ago, but they have pretty much
become just part of the background. The information that most
folks have access too tells you nothing and leads you to believe
that they are mind reading ewoks that talk funny. Silly, and so
not used. Also why I didn't really include them in the main
Geleia writeup, though I have a few ideas for them. But they seem
to be fairly peace loving, and not the types who'd get themselves
involved in a war, and so are currently stearing clear.

Re; farms with reflective sails. Forgot about that stuff, and
their access to fiberglass. Kinda hokey, like skyskimmers, with
little to no documentation, so the stuff gets forgotten. That
is one of the problems on relying on word of mouth to spread
	campaign flavor.

I thought Centralia had some sort of bermuda triangle area, the
Rhine Rombus? Or something like that...talk to Steve he'd know.

Planetwide rule? When was that? Back in Jaern's home system
when it was just the onivero, the lizards, and the dolphins?
Lots of folks might object to planet wide onivero domination,
but that could make a fairly cool century long plot line. But
then again, it'd take a hell of a lot of imagination, a hell of a lot
of detailing of non-used areas, and a whole lot of book keeping.
I pitty the poor sod who has to do it, cause it'll have to be
well done. I have enough trouble keeping up with the power brokers
in 7+ areas the size of cities.

I give a rat's ass, and a baboon's butt too. The question is
does someone give enough of a rat's ass to actually take
the bull by the balls and do the 100+ pages of writeup that
	it'll take?

That my friend will take coordination and fore thought along
with gm unity towards a predefined end. I.e. planning of
adventures that don't involve going to find the magic item or
	slay the beast.

If you are serious, I recommend first organizing a central
government to provide the impetus. Hell have it player run.
Let the Torites take the entire place over. That'd get a few
of'em involved and provide something for the big important
players to realistically do. Things like provide missions
for the little guys. They could designate the little folks
as diplomats/deligates to go visit foreign powers to acquire
sweet trade contracts/resources. They could perform attacks
on hostile powers. *shrug* Just a thought.
