Re: Nomadic matrix gems are a BEND

well heres what i've got to say to that
Nomads spend most of their adventuring career blowing thier eeps on
temporary crap that alot of times doesn't hold a candle to mage and
priestly magics. given the amount of epps nomads tend to waste i don't
find it at all unreasonable that a rare
magical artifact could effectively "give" the nomad eeps
 (theres more below)

the same reason you can't use two warrior matix gems. Only one will affect
you
unless you make a matrix of matrix gems. Touching a matrix gem multiple
times
won't make your expenditure of eeps any more efficent. so i say your
interpretation of that ruling is akin to the wax fiasco, just retarded (hu
huh joels retarded ;)

this is ,as keith would say, a hose because many incants depend on the
incanter
thorwing the incant, slipping it into someones food, or otherwise appling
it so it is not
in contact with his body

don't have a real problem here, of course you could just say that matrix
gems in
addition to causing non-background people from taking damage can also only
be
used by people of that background. There aren't any real specifics that
i'm aware of.
oops never mind just read that as long as you take the damage you can use
the gem

no because as soon as you stopped touching the gem you would lose the
excess spell units. Big question does come out of this though. When
touching a matrix
does that simply enhance your stroage capacity, does it make your use of
units more efficent, does it give you extra units (which would allow a mage
to recharge using a gem). who knows

just a side not. ALL magic items give you eeps unless you actually made it
that is
thier nature. nomadic gems just give you eeps that you throw away.
