there's a chart in the book i believe !6+ is "grand master" and 18 is
"almost godlike
skill".  I personally dont think that some one who is a master (around 12
or 13 ) could always increase the difficulty for a a unskilled bowman to
hit him by 10%
(2 dice at 1 pip each).  I also don't think it would be unreasonalbe for an
impossible
check to increase the difficulty by 35% (7 dice at 1 pip each).
