Re Move through Attacks

Yes.

Enough speed to do an impale.

No. It is the equivilent to an impale plus a move through.

There are two skills that could be used to cover this or a new skill could
be added. There is the Jousting skill and the Lance skill. Either of these
could be used for this purpose.

I would have to go with the automatic keep for this one.

Any movement that would allow the person to hit the target with his weapon
would be okay.

This would be basically be a more advanced form of impale which leads to a
skill check. Just like using multiple attacks or lethal attack and such
are advanced forms of using a weapon to attack. 

You could either make a new impale skill or add it to the weapon skill.
For each die rolled you can move 5' after your impale attack. (i.e. If you
are 40' away from a target and you can move 60', you would want to roll
4d6 vs. your weapon skill or impale skill to move an extra 20' past the
target.)
