Yes. I don't care for it as run now but I believe it should be there.

Definatelly faster than full move. 120' seems fine

You should be able to use your MOD or maybe make a Move-through skill

No. Unless they are doing something that alows for them to not worry about
the moving part. (ie. hawksoar)

If they are using a non-natural weapon loss is possible. Like the crit where
weapon is stuck in opponent there should be a strength check to remove/hold
on.

Flying carpet, wings.... The only creatures I know that have used the move
through are Drakos, Dragons and Torgons ( both the Moon and Jaern varients ).
