RE: mutate

I would just like to know where all the mutates are coming from.  I
am assuming this is a player character and not some actor that is
being abused in a manner that no self-respecting water mage would
ever allow themselves to be abused.  So, who's tossing the mutates
like there's no tomorrow and where are they getting all the eeps?  I'm
certain at least one of you GM's knows the answer to this question.  If
not, then we have a problem here.

Also, if we are going to impose physiological modifications as a result
of a mutate (i.e., the recipients actually look like mutants), then _all_
characters who are currently mutated should have their appearance
changed.  I don't think Ms. COM 20 with REGENERATE is going to
really look all that nice anymore.  Anyone who modifies their character
through a mutate should suffer the consequences, regardless of when
they actually made the modification; they've just been lucky so far and
not suffered any real consequences.
