a) the char with COM of 20 was from a GM, not a mutate.  Regenerate
	came later.
b) It is a character(s) doing it.  Play the PC for awhile and get the
	right spells, some DP and little else, and you can throw
	one every other adventure.  Pure player thing and if thats what
	they want to do with their character, thats what they do.
c) Some actors: takes about 1 yr of study to get the xp to toss one,
	so as hefty payment for something, one is certainly reasonable.
d) I disagree with the 'it makes you look like a freak' part completely.
	Esspecially with the retconning stuff.  It has long been the
	policy to not retcon.  I know speaking for myself, noone likes
	to have their character radically changed out the blue, that is
	just isn't cool.
