And as a result of becoming that creature of equal rate you forget how to
pickpockets. The question is can you pick pockets a little if you transmog into
a creature of lower rate? I mean you have extra rates left over. According to my
own "screw the player" rules though your screwed. My exception is I might let
you put the extra into maintaining you DP. What good is turning into a slug if
one squit kills you?
