To reply to myself... the purpose of a transmog is to let you change from
one creature into another. It is _NOT_ designed to let you reorganize your
skill purchases. Only those things intrinsic to the creature should be
able to transmog. This means its perfectly acceptable to sell down racial
abilities (including base movement). You might be able to make an argument
for _reorganizing_ your stats but probably not. If your a strength 17
human, your going to be a strength 18 ogre/elf/draco.

But lets say I'm dead wrong about being able to transmog and that you are
alowd to totally sell everything down to zero and re-organize. Two things
become apparent:

1. Your getting stuff that you never paid for (stats are free in AQ, if
they weren't I'd be agreeing with you)
2. It still doesn't allow you to build the eep generator that John Hogg
was talking about (which is where this discussion started).

However (*grin*) I'm not wrong on this. Wish I was. My character has
transmogrified more than every other adventurer in the game put together.
I was forced to play by some pretty tight rulings.
