NON-elf recovers PWR units / 8 hours
ELF recovers PWR units / 12 hours
If they both have PWR = 16 and get 4 hours of sleep (and get partial
recovery)
NON-elf = (16*4)/8 = 8 units
ELF = (16*4)/12= 5.333 units = 5 units rounded down

He didn't ... the PARTY wanted to rest for 12 hours for him in spite of
his demanding we move in 4 (I think we compromised on 6 ... couldn't
convince the party to sleep while Simon (heh) "tranced" (Watchfulness) for
four hours, so we split into two shifts of 3 hours ... explaining all the
whys would have blown his cover.
