I'm with Kris it really doesn't matter one way or the other. The only thing
that matters is stating how many dice you are rolling ( if you don't own
enough dice shame on you ). But it definitely needs to be decided before
rolling the d20s ( duh ).

I retract my comment about the lethal being useless to use on more than one
of the attacks. If you are also split targeting putting the plusses to
damage on each opponent makes sence. It just doesn't make sence in the
single target example.
