Re: Split Dice Proposal

Very true..hmmm.
A couple of options:
1) Declare it when it is your turn to act.
	a) Declare it before rolling it.
	b) I'm rolling 3 dice.
	c) 1 die will be for additional attack.
	d) 1 die will be for a precise attack on the first attack.
	e) 1 die will be for a lethal attack on the first attack.
	f) roll the dice and if you make the check, make your first
attack at +2/+2, and the second at normal mods.
2) write it down in the action declaration phase.
i.e. I'm using x dice, y of which will be for multi, and
z of which will be for lethal. Made a simpler by premade
columns for each option, then just put a check in each
column for hwo many dice you intend to use.
i.e. 2 checks in multi column, 1 check in lethal, 1 check in
precise. do this as you 'locking in your action'.

Pros/Cons
1) -Simpler, a bit more intuitive, a bit faster.
-Easier for people to change what means what at the time of
		attacking.
-Gets confusing if you aren't practiced at it.

2)	-100% honesty.
	-possibly more time consuming
	-definately more resource consuming.
-difficult to keep track of in fast paced games, and will get
tossed out for option 1) then.

> Multiple dice rolling is always confusing, and easily abused. I know Greg really likes to roll the whole set at once..... but in the hands of someone else who is less then he, it is damned easy to decide what dice are for what AFTER the roll.

> To get this skill through approval at all will at least require a very specific protocal on this dice rolling. Some way to ensure it can't be abused needs to be part of the proposal.
