The weird part of this whole thread is: We know how it should work but we
know that the spells don't give us the result we use. Its kindof a reverse
bend of the rules. As for that arrow/box thing I would do +1 to both damage
and "to hit". And no you can't just pick up the arrow and shoot it back and
get the pluses still. ( even though that is also how it should be if the
arrow was enchanted for a duration as in the spell ).
