Nomads and body hopping

One thing that is bugging me more and more is the prevelance of body
hopping and the casual manner it is done with such loose rules on it.
What all exactly does soulcatcher transfer?  It says the soul, which
is quite different than the mind, spirit, and life.  Currently
its being run so that it transfers mind, spirit, and soul.  Is this
incorrect?  If this is incorrect, what is the point of the spell?
not having a soul is not a hinderance, as Elves show, so being
soulcatchered means little.

Also, what happens to a person's soul when they rock they are in
is smashed? or if its a 10.1lbs rock and .2lbs gets knocked off?
does the soul get sent to Anubis?  Is it destroyed?

The reason I asked the first question is the pretty mega benefits
nomads get from body hoping, a free +2 to any incant they make.  Body
hop to a spare body and then stress the health of that body to 3, then
hop back to their normal one.  They then get a pile of free xp that way.
Something really needs to be done about this.
