Thats what mutate means. I cast a mutate to adjust the size of your nose,
voila you look better. I mutate your skin to be harder, your DVs rise. I
think the key word here is 'improvements'... improvements have to have a
game affect. If having a 3rd eye doesn't let me see out of the back of
my head or increase DVs why have it? This is a rate 14 spell!
