As the player of the character Von Darwin, I'd like to make a few comments
here. Steve is correct-"The main one being Von Darwin whose character
concept revolves around modifying existing species." He has cast over 20
mutates, usually in sets of two. From my book- "One change can be made with
the base spell, plus one change for every two finesses" Which means by
loosing a rate 16 spell you get two mutates 16 x 300=4800 /2 = 2400 eeps
per mutate, or one per adventure.

All of these were run as town actions and I will confirm what was cast so
people can get numbers if/as required.

I don't like the implication that cheeting is going on. Von has been my
main character for 6+ months. As his character concept revolves around
mutate, please let me know if changes are comming.

As other characters of mine have recieved mutates for the price of 4 ounces
of teresium, I have continued this 'price' with Von Darwin and have sold
many. As my last character Difuge was a 'user', Von was my attempt to give
something back.

His study status will limit future mutates.
