RE: mutate
I just would like one final statement on the whole mutate spell.
If I interpret this correctly from everything dan has just said,
then you CANNOT mutate for creature abilites. You CAN add limbs and
skeletal structure or move things around. You CANNOT imbue a species with
an ability that it does not already have.
For example: I mutate Joe Blow the marine. I add a pair of
wings. Although the wings look pretty, they move and the like, they do
not work to support a person in flight or in gliding down from great
heights.
