here is a tenative race chart, let me know what you think.

	1-9	Human
	10-15	Geleian Elf
	16	Normal Elf
	17	Orc
	18	Dwarf
	19 	Lizard
	20	Half-Breed

	Geleia isn't as 'cosmopolitan' as other areas of the 
	planet, and so interbreeding would be as common.  Also
	half-breeds are just nasty as hell power wise.  The
	2 junk rolls of the human with lizard quickness,
	swimming, and water breathing? ick.

	Half-Geleian Elf and Half-Normal elf would have the same
	bonuses as an normal elf, and 50/50 shot of the red skin
	of a Geleian elf.
