Geleian elves should have the same abilities/disabilities
as normal elves.  The only difference is the reddish tinge
to their skin.  They aren't cherry red..just ruddish in
complexion, like a sunburned elf.

As far as soul/no soul goes, you all can decide that one.
I can't remember the Shea Ruling, but I believe they
had no souls.  Dana just decided that this shouldn't prevent
priestly elves.
