I'll send you code. I'm sure you can add some extra tweakage and it
might be useful for future modelling efforts.

I've always kind of felt they should be limited by the associated DV
stat... i.e. to calculate your CDV you use your STR, MDV=PER, GDV=WIL.

On the other hand... that all comes back to whomever rolls "luckiest"
during creation  starts life with a major advantage. Thats not un-like
reality but in game terms its a bit dicey.
