Sean,

To my recollection anything that had an email sent to the list saying
the resolution "passed" was only sent after Dan atleast verbally
acknowledeged that he agreed with the vote.  Sometimes he never put out
an errata due to the busy nature of his schedual and all of his
commmitments.
