I don't think that PARRYING should be another sub-skill of combat
weapon skills because it doesn't increase the cost of the skill.
Back in the day, warriors used to have to buy Multi-Attack, Quickdraw,
Split Target, etc. as separate skills. This way, if a warrior wanted
to learn everything there is about a weapon, he had to spend a
combined total of about 900 EPs per rank (all skills at rank 1). I
liked this much better than buying one cheap-ass skill (base 300).
