Hmmm ... gotta be a bit more buff for this one:

(Water mage with Changings 16 and Necromancy 16 ... potentially a variant 
with Necromancy up to whatever spell puts a soul in storage or takes a
soul out of storage ... whichever is cheaper

In this case, it may be able to be done at a lower rating if an earth
mage performs the first soul swap ... lower still if the transmog is
performed by another party, as well)

Whip out soul banish (R16 necro) on a Gargoyle, or other similarly buff
critter (don't remember if a gargoyle will be exceptionally resistant)

(potentially a second 10 lb rock to yank out the soul of the "victim" in
place of destroying it)

Whip out my handy-dandy shadow servant and a standard-issue 10 pound rock.

With a clever assortment of defers, positioning, and my shadow servant
keeping my skull from cracking on impact with said 10 pound rock, I pop my
soul into the big critter

I then rip off a transmogrify into a normal player race, making sure I've
bought back my spell groups.

I then pop myself back into MY body via my handy-dandy 10 pound rock.

Did I just go up about 80 ratings?
