Re: Bigger torque ... ep generator MK 2
This is a far better scenario John. Rather than make a ruling (I'm not
running, I don't have to *thhhpptt*) lets ask some questions?
Could you bring everything back into your body as a big eep pool? Don't
think so. An eep pool doesn't really exist. Its a game mechanism for
keeping track of experience so that you can improve yourself.
Could you bring it over as physical stats? Nope, your leaving that body
behind... now keeping that new body with its cool physical attributes is
certainly do able and _DOES_ increase your effective rating by about 80.
That's a soul swapping discussion and not really transmog or eep
generation as you can only get that upgrade once (as it gets left behind
at the next body hop).
Can you bring it over in the form of skills/spells? This is, IMNSHO, the
real question. Its a rank 16 spell and certainly _MAY_ be capable of
giving someone skills and knowledge without having to waste time
learning it. An argument can certainly be made that physical skills are
part body memory and you'd lose those during a body swap (again, a body
swap discussion).
We've done similar things in the past. I transmogged a whale into a
shadow walker and then mutate that shadow walker in desirable ways so
that we could all have "seen" my new creation and could hence transmog
directly into a generation 2 (or 3) shadow walker+. We stuck some guys
soul into a whale once and transmogged him to get the eeops to create a
magic item. Some of this stuff is on the shady side of the line perhaps.
Not sure because I didn't have to make the rulings :)
