Someone taps you on the shoulder from behind
and hits you in the stomach with a crossbow bolt.(Description:
a 6'4" female with fins for wings, a shell and pearl top and the symbol of
neptune on her chest.  She has gills with greenish skin, webbed
hands and feet, and an oorn skirt.) She says "This is to maintain the 
balanced relationship with Mindra Vi"
  
How is ignoring Mindra Vi not part of every good adventurer's plan?
