Are we going to do this with reason or game balance?  The twain seldom

This was a game balance ruling, terisium hasn't always had to encircle,
and the circle has no effect oon the properties of terisium.

When you elevate the state of terisium, it ceases to exist in this plane.
The source of the defer just recieves power from the elevated terisium.
This would make it consistent that you cant effect the powersource that's
not there.

When the operation of certain things like terisium and matrices have only
been dealt with by one guy who wouldn't divulge their  secrets, all we
have
is speculation and precident.  We shouldn't just drop some of that way
cool stuff, and we need to figure out what the rules really are if Dan
doesn't shed some light on this stuff.
