Re: Clearing the Fog
Way off base on several points:
1) even base teresium exists partly outside our dimension (is rules
thus so that we can't make more using elemental mastery or some
other spell). Since it exists in multiple dimensions at once it
can't be magicall reporduced.
2) Teresium _MUST_ encircle someone for it to drain SU. This has as
much to do with the circle as with the fact that its teresium.
3) Teresium has no effect on magic items as that would be base teresium
able to affect higher magnitude teresium. Doesn't happen that way.
It _CAN_ happen that way. Dan posted the formula. You can do the
math and calculate how much teresium you'd need to dork with even
a wimpy magic item.
4) Teresium _has_ been ruled to have an affect on magical effects. This
has never been voted on or documents so that ruling went away when
we all started playing by the rules. :)
Remeber that we do not rule based on precidence anymore. We all
agreed to this. If your new and didn't agree on this you should
for the sake of consistency. Whoever co-GMd with you should have
explained the ropes.
