I'm going to have to argue with you Greg, since it seems that you are
currently making shit up. The only precident that I am aware of is that
any large amount of latent terisium (charged terisium is no longer on this
plane) will attempt to drain out magic from sources. A loop must be made
to suck units out of people (more recent ruling). The origins of terisium
are still "mysterious", but I know that I have thought many a time about
what would happen if adventurers found the dimension that terisium
coexists in. In short, terisium always trys to drain magic, and will
affect it in differing amounts depending on how much there really is on
hand. An ounce or two just isn't going to effect anything, but two pounds
might start.
