Going by the book. Per GM agreement.

But _IS_ listed as the rules in the book. If we don't like it we
propose a change and get a majority vote. *shrug*

Teresium is dealt with. The only proposal for modifying the
rules that I've ever seen was the 1 ounce = 1 SU ammendment
which got dropped when Dan revealed the more complex but
_MUCH_ more powerful equation that he believed in. In the end
we are all power gamers :)
As for Matrix. I'll agree with you. There has been very little
definition. Personally I don't want to see any. I want some
player character to experiment and for the information to come
of this. As soon as there is a rule someone _WILL_ build a
2x2x2 matrix just because they know it causes an overshadowing
of our world with the jurassic and gives them the power to fart
like a T-Rex. Its in the book. Its common knowledge.
This kind of information is the stuff of wizards and most people
should only have heard legend and speculation.
