I specifically asked Dan about what happens when someone tries to make
a portal within the area that was affected and he said it too would
be sucked into the Nexus. That is when I came up with the possibility
of being 200 Mets away ( + 10 feet ) and trying to GIANT STRIDE into
the area of effect if you would step out of the Nexus or just land where
you should with Giant Stride. I seem to recall that you come out the
Nexus ( but this might just be my memory playing tricks since I did not
do this in character it was a hypothetical ).
