Just as a thought (which is sure to cause much bickering and flaming). IF
GM's don't write
stuff up and post it to the list, then they have no right to complain if
their pet project is
destroyed or played wrong. By write up I mean things anyone can observe or
find out
with a little bit of testing. If such a write up exists, then GM's have to
ask/inform the
creator GM that they are planning on using their creation and give a brief
synopsis.
With no Write up the GM has basically given cart blanche.
