Oooh, those manacles on a Hirudo suddenly become quite a bit less
protective ...
Why does Teresium have to work one way or the other ... why not both?
(and probibally a dozen other ways no-one has yet thought of, but will be
instrumental in manufacturing an artifact that will some time in the
future be a plot hook or 100) ... that is, teresium is a nifty device that
has cloudy definition as to WHY it does what it does, so it can do other
things later (like bind spells to items rather than drain units). It's
quite literally, the magic rock that does lots of stuff ... don't limit
it!
