accelers

A while back it was claimed that an acceler couldn't exist. Just to clear
that up. An acceler can exist. And if anyone wants to try and prove me
wrong then look up what inductors are and the way they work (I've been
thinking about this one for a while and finally found out the how and
why). B/c that is exactly what an acceler is. Basically like a capacitor
except it works with current instead of voltage.
	Those who oppose such weapons in the system should be greatful
that no air mages have ever discovered capacitance or bought up weapon
construction to make the better acceler. Or for that matter combined the
two to make an acceler that can hold it's own charge for days.
