The "clothing" that gives you protection is not all clothing. Most standard
cloths don't give you DV. My assumption is that the Robes and outer clothing
are the protective type while. Shirts, pants, loin cloths... do not give you
the Bonus of DV nor the movement restrictions. ( All in all though I believe
armor is too limited in speed (more to come in another post) ).
