Re: Proxies
For a proposal to get voted on...
it must be mentioned and formally proposed at meeting, to be voted on at
the following meeting. This is to assure that it gets discussed at the
meeting, and on the list.
for ratification by Dan,
a written proposal must be submitted to Dan, already voted in by the GMs.
