Then why is it not stationary to the ocean?  Its a much larger body of
matter than the ship?  The longboat is a good point as well.  Where does
it stop?  At what point is something too small to be considered able to
carry something around?  Answer carefully because enmass will still
fuck you, because with a fully finessed enmass you can increase your size
to a bit bigger than that of a kurujo(the smaller ship).  That means
every water mage(they can get up to blue field) and every earth mage with
a water mage buddy, is going to have thousands of little creatures(blue
fielded ring worms/fleas) secreted around their body/under their clothing
with thousands of defered spell effects.  

I can with great and astounding ease see Rick's minotaur(8ft already)
doing the full enmass thing and having these up, and it'd be 100% legit.
It'd suck for the GM who such ran under because every round a new ocean
cold would startup, or a new witchy sleep, etc...  all at the low low
cost of 1EU.
