preston and i got this cool idea (i think he may have posted it).
either a subskill or skill
move though
  the adventurer must be moving full movement to use this skill.  the
target moves
to his target and gets his one attack (1 die check). for every die higher
rolled
the adventurer may move 5' beyond his target (up to his max movement).

example dirk the warrior who is moving at 60'/rnd.  if snork the orc is
standing 40' away from him.  if dirk makes a 3d6 move through skill.  he
can move 40' attack and
move an additional 10'.
