Tactics and such.

Hmmm..guess I should explain this a wee bit better. =)

The tactics skill(sea and land) are pretty all encompasing skills.
They involve small groups(i.e. getting 4-5 guys to cooperate well
in a fight) up to leading about a hundred guys, which is a
respectable force. The main thing though is its about getting
them to do what you to know what to tell'em to do, and if they
have tactics, to read you, or you read them etc... Basically
working together in a fight.

The land version includes how to lead cavalry or infantry type
groups.

The sea version is for marines on ship board, doing those nifty
surf board insertions =), etc... Basically the same as the land,
but for water born fighting.

Strategy is for generals. getting large groups of people to do do
what you want, formulating a battle plan, conducting a mass battle.
There is a large difference in what it takes to be an excellent
battalion commander and what it takes to lead a corps. This skill
is what differentiates the officer from the NonCom. The Officer
will know about strategy, and probably a good bit about tactics.
The NonCom(sargents and below) will be good at tactics, but have
little familiarity with details of strategy.

Logistics. The people good at this are the ones that make
the army go and get to the right places. Or the shipping clerks
who make sure that orders get put into the right places at
the right time. I.e. people that generally get made fun of in
movies, but really are the ones that make the things happen that
the generals or CEOs say should happen.

Oh look, my install is done building. May be this one will be it.
