I'm of the mind that you can get your one attack(counts as an impale)
and then move on past. Main thing that comes to mind for why this is
is mounted combat. You and your opponent charge each other, hit and
move on by. The initiative winner impales the other guy and rides past.
Technically they could have done a dual impale as both were riding at
each other intending to wack the other.
Anyways, I think the move through attack should go with it countin as an
impale.
