*punts Jevan*  bitch.  Just when we thought we had something you have
to make a good point.  Sadly, I agree.  The cost should go up for
increased options and flexability.  If we go with the differentiated
skills buying, then we are going back in effect to what we use to have.
With Multi-attack, weapon skill, quickdraw, split target, etc...
