New Skill mods.




Hey guys, here are some of the things I'm currently working on and
would like imput on.

1) Immobilize, Pummel, punching, kicking, and wrestling all need to
	be rewritten.  Here is what I'm doin with'em so far.

	a) Martial Arts Base 500 Marine(possible 400) but restricted and
		agi based.
		Options:
			Throw
			Punch:  Precise, Effective, Multi.
			Instant Stand
			Kick:	Precise, effective, multi, lethal.
			Soft Touch(immobilize)
			possibly others.
		All of these that are combat based require a grapple
		to hit roll first.  Then once done a skill check of
		X dice is made to see if there is success.  Instant
		stand simply is you get up without wasting a round
		on it and is like a 3die check modified by AGI
		penalties.
	b) Boxing: Base 300(maybe more) Marine(may be warrior) non 
		defaultable and based on str.

		Options:
			Pummel: as per pummel skill, and modified by
				the str of the target and the attacker.
				i.e. exceptionals count, as do inferiors,
				and armor mods.
			Punch: Precise, Effective, Multi, Lethal
	c) Wrestling: Base 300(may be more) Marine Restricted.  Based
		on str.
		Options:
			Effective: +2/die to hit on a grappling
					attack.
			Pin: On the round after a successful grappling
				attack, the wrestler may attempt to
				increase the strength of his hold.  Every					2 dice rolld against the skill increases
				the difficulti to break free by 1 die.
				If the check fails, the targets difficulty
				is decreased by 1 die only.
			Break: For every 2 dice rolled against the skill
				successfully, the difficulty to break
				free decreases by 1 die.
