Re: Defensive skill



So you are only at a possible disadvantage on the first round since
you weren't quite ready? I actually like that. It takes Dan's roll
vs. your defense skill at the start and splitting off dice every
round. I just want to see a few less swings of the sword per round
( which means keeping the enemy in the battle a little longer but it
also keeps me from being taken out in a round ).

Another fact is if the opponents have a defensive skill to make the
fight harder there is less reason for them to have some 
"item-o-mega-defence" for the players to take when they are done
slaying the fool who forgot he is an actor and is doomed to die 
sooner than we are.
