Regarding Consequences,
	I know that we are going to be leaving Reugtero soon, but I want
to kill the idea that the torites "run the show" as Wright put it.  25-50
people most of who are about rating 10 do not dictate the law.  They are a
small group of people who have a big building and a lot of fear.  Most of
them try to uphold the justice, but they also recognize that you can't do
it when you are dead.  The torites also recognize that they could be wiped
out in a heart beat.  They just happen to have 2-3 famous torites living
in the enclave/training facility.  As a GM don't let the big building
fool you.  There are not a lot of priests the last time I checked.  The
dream of the current training facility was one where all of the torites
would come for central training.  At least that is what BJ told me.  If
you want the details of all current orders tell me and I will get them
from BJ.
