And not every GM CAN handle the unbounded things, hince why no item
that cannot be "REASONABLY" created in the system should be
given out.  Granted reasonably is really open to interpretation(sp?),
but to me, it pretty much means any effect or regenerating item below
rank 5, or charged items below rank 12.  Costs and risks versus rewards
gets just too high.  It is a _RARE_ monkey that will toss of 300,000 or
so xp to make a +2 sword, or the +5 sword that effect flames for an
extra 1d8 damage.  Such items I assume were made by gods, since it is
utterly ludicrious for a mortal to make such an item, hell its practically
beyond comprehension how ANY effect item gets made, but then that just
relates for my utter dislike of the magic item creation system.
