Hmmm....maybe I am confused. Does this mean that only the GM who
is "in charge" of an area can run a game based out of that area. I
thought the idea was for people to create a place with a consistent
landscape, characters, etc so that any GM could use the material.
Obviously other GM's can't screw up another GM's major landmarks,
actors etc without the originating GM's permission. The only possible
acceptation to this should be if players pull something out of their ass
and
then it can't be helped.
Just wondering.
