Interesting notion, I don't know if I like it or not. Personally, I like
materials to give better DVs alone, because they are so common, and because
anyone can hit anyone(but that may just be reflected by the fact I've been
playing with and GM'ing for the top warriors in the game of late where
a 30 CDV is a 50/50 shot or better). Hmmm..definately worth thinking about
though.
