We don't have a good mechanism for ensuring that people
stay honest abuot such things. Once per day items are
pretty simple as if it hasn't been used on your game
you assume it hasn't been used. Once per month is a
little iffier. I have a couple of those (one is once
per year) and I write the game date next to it when
I use it. However that information isn't stored anywhere
else. When I'm killed and looted someone will probably
attempt to use the item right away which obviously
shouldn't work. Integrity of the player is really what
we have to assume.
