I don't think it could be used with SEA### skill (add 1/2 your mod. to
your DV if unarmored?).  If I am correctly informed, that skill is kinda
like martial arts that was practiced a long time ago (though still
practiced by some).  I'm assuming that its movements are different than
those of normal parrying, but I could be wrong.

As for using it with other skills, what skills are you think of?
