I was wondering...

The ruling we decided on for Nomadic Matrix Gem stuff...is that going to
be grandfathered or not?  I would vote NOT, just due to the fact that
freaks that currently have incants w/ the 'permanent' +2 could hold a
matrix gem and get another two ranks on top of that.
