It's my understanding that we were out of our rooms before midnight.

We had a bit of a lengthy break, and I was buying myself time before break
as this really was a half-formed adventure when I walked in at 6:50 ...
We'd have easily been done in the ballpark of midnight had I planned
things out a bit more thoroughly, so most of that was me.

When did room alotment change from 1:00 am to 12:00 am? (I'm there so
infrequently, I may have missed this)

Provided 1:00 a.m. is the normal time for our reservations to end, at what
point were we notified in advance of this change that we may plan
accordingly?

Further, if this isn't the norm, we certainly can't be looked to poorly
upon for sheduling our events to meet with our normal timeframe.

Was there a problem with moving to the snack lounge at midnight?

Did I not express a willingness to move at 10:30, the minute we were
notified, so staff could get a jump on cleaning the room early?

Bottom line, I went an hour over what I believe, under normal
circumstances, was our usual time. That can easlily be handled in the
future with better planning. From whom and in what way are you or any
other member/affiliate of the club unjustly taking heat?

Would perhaps a thank you card to the service staff or other such gesture
smooth things over?
